Spoting during pregancy

is it normal to have a copple lite spotings while your prego, im only about 10 weeks and i had a copple days where i spoted, could it just be from where i was spose to be on my period that time of the month, i have a doc app on thursday at 9:45, so i will ask him, but for rite now im a lil scared, this is my first child and i was told i would never be able to have a child so im a lil more cautious and everything....so do u think the spotting is normal or what??
