I have had a spermatocele for many years and some doctors say I should remove it and other say I should not unless it hurts or enlarges. It has not gotten any bigger nor hurts. What is your opinion? I also think my testicles are too small. They are about 1.5 inches. Is that too small...? Thanks.

Removal of spermatoceles are very controversial as you can see... I tend to be conservative and not recommend removal unless painful, but this doesn't mean this is the correct thing for all to do..
Testis size can vary depending on temperature... The colder it is the smaller the size, the hotter it is, the bigger the size..
The reason being is that sperm needs to be just about 1 Farhenheit lower than body temp and will adjust to stay at this temp in response to the outside temperature
