Sperm Question Dr Q and Ladies.

I was wondering if mt DH has good sperm and if I make him hold out from ejaculation how long will the "GOOD SPERM" last in his testicles? I have read that u should let him ejaculate every few days so that the sperm can replenish but I was thinking so not BDing until like 2 or 3 days until O so he would have alot of sperm. What do u think?

2-3 days are ideal, but no longer than a week...

not necessarily the case why many don't get pregnant unless there was low sperm counts to begin with

DR Q.. if u wait 2 to 3 days will there be more good sperm then or will be the sperm be bad ones in the testies. Im wanting to try something new this month after AF comes.

DH has his sperm checked and everything is good with him so guess it mus tbe timing then.
