Dear Dr. Q and Ladies,
My surrogate is about to start another cycle of trying to conceive. How many days should my husband abstain from ejaculating before we start the next round of inseminations? My husband and I had sex today August 5th. Ovulation is predicted to be the 10th but we are planning to start the 7th. What if the ovulation kit does not predict a surge until more than 3 days from now? Will that hurt our chances?
