I have two kids the last one is 4years and i trying to have another my wife went to the doctor she told her every normal. But now sperm is like water that normal it come down like water.

the semen itself isn't necessarily an indication of the sperm or it'w quality....best for you to check a semen analysis, and if normal, chances are there's unexplained infertility and seeking treatments from an RE may be recommendable
