hi, Doc.Q this are the results of my husbands sperm count i know they are low but how low cause i really dont understand it..... it says normal viscosity(normal semen is highly viscous initially and spontaneously opaque yellow.
(normal semen is opaque white or grey white becoming white and translucent as it liquifies)

this are the results but i really dont understand doctor can you please explain it to me especially the part with abnormal forms does that means tha we could have abnormal children im a little worried i did a little reserch and it said that the best thing to do is ivf cause of the low sperm and i mean also i dont have a fallopian tube cause of an ectpic pregnancy and also alot of scar tissue and not ovulating every month cause dont get periods every month one faild iui with clomid please help

Basically, he has about 57 million sperm in this ejaculate. (count X volume) not too high but not too low either
His PH (acidity) is a little high..It should be between 7-8
He has low motility
His morphology is ok, he has 73% normal (if I am reading that correctly....If abnormal sperm is over 30% then his morphology would be low.)
Overall the report is not terrible...I've seen worse.
Here's the good news, motility, count, and PH, can be corrected.

If the Total Motile Sperm is greater than 10Million Total Motile Sperm, which is = Volume x Concentration x Motility, then you're ok..
10mil is good for IUI anything less than that you are looking a IVF+ICIS.
