if a woman has sex with 2 different partners within 4 days apart does the first males sperm get out sooner than the 2 to 3 days it can survive on none fertile days? if the fertile days are 28 through the 4th of july who is the father?

This is a tough question to answer since we're dealing with probability and only a paternity test could truly differentiate the child's father. Since sperm is pretty much gone at 72hrs, and there's a significant drop in numbers from 48hrs, then the most likely candidate was the person you were with towards the end of the fertile days since that person's sperm was there in greater quantity and "fresher" right when you ovulated.
