also can u ovulate if u have pcos and no period?

sorry don't know much about pcos but you need to see an re if you don't have a period, most likely you need something to make you ovulate ... btw does anyone know if sore nipples are a progesterone symptom, don't think I'm pregnant but you never know

Sore nipples/breasts are a symptom of Progesterone, and yes, one with PCOS can spontaneously ovulate, create these symptoms and then a period arise..

Like Maele said, one needs regular periods unless on hormonal contraception and please see a doc if this isn't the case
