Sore breasts throughout the cycle - Is it indicative of a problem?

Initially I used to have some breast tenderness the day before AF. Then recently, I have been having sore breasts around ovulation and it remains sore till the day of the AF. Last cycle, I have had very sore breasts, it remained sore during the periods. I am on CD13 today in the current cycle (No ovulation yet, OpK -ve still) and my breasts are still sore.

The soreness has reduced considerably from what it used to be but I am wondering why I am having sore breasts throughout the cycle.

Is this anything I should take more seriously?
