smaller ovaries - reason and future consequence

my RE says my ovaries appear to be small for my age (m 29). I have PCOS. what cud be the reason behind smaller ovaries?? and will that prevent me from getting preagnant/ staying pregnant?
i have read that smaller overies mean lesser ovarian reserve? so will i be menopausal sooner?

Smaller ovaries may mean less ovarian reserve, but if your RE saw a large antral follicle count, then not much to worry..and this doesn't necessarily mean you'll enter menopause earlier. I'm assuming your Day 3 blood FSH value was normal, and if you, may not be too much of a problem. Staying pregnant will also not be an issue, and with some treatments, we're hopeful you'll easily be able to get pregnant.
