Today is day 11 past the transfer for IVF. I had an extremely small amount of blood a bit ago. What is this? Would it be implantation bleeding? Is it a good sign or bad sign?

Post-transfer or dpo? If post transfer, you should already know if you're pregnant or not. dpo, you would know tomorrow at earliest.
Small spotting isn't an indication of anything regarding one's pregnancy
