Size of yolk sac

Dr Q, I've seen plenty of sites where they show the average size of the gestational sac according to gestational age..but what about the yolk sac? Any general guide?

Gestational and yolk sac sizes vary tremendously and are fairly inaccurate for dating, wouldn't bank on this so much..

Always best to simply use the fetal pole for sizes

Yes because at my 1st u/s my gestational sac was measuring smaller than what it was suppose to be, but at the next u/s the embryo was the right size.
