single dose by mistake

can a single dose of aspirin, ibuprofen, or similar fever reducers have a impact in the 3rd trimester. i was down with fever and the er gave me a tablet but i feel it wasnt tylenol. could this create a problem for the baby? it was just one dose.

One single dose should in most cases be ok..excessive ibuprofen taken for more than 2 days can decrease the amniotic fluid and create problems along with prematurely closing some fetal heart openings required for good blood flow...
