Andriette, I had the same thing. It began with traces 6 W and then it started spilling more and more. But my Dr said the same thing as Dr Q. So, dont worry. But my Dr did insist on getting a 16 W 1 hr Glucose test which was normal inspite of the spilling.

Then week 28 I came up borderline gestational diabetes. But if its just traces with ur GTT normal, dont worry abt it. I had a whole lot coming out.

also, I didnt take any treatment during pregnancy except for a strict diet and now after the delivery Im perfectly fine.
