Side Pains

Hello. I had a BFP on Friday and started Lovenox injections that day per my RE. On Saturday I had a sharp cramp on my right above my abdomen that lasted about an hour and eventually went away after rest. Today (Monday) I had the same pain on my left side that started at 7 am and continues to come and go (it is now 3 pm). I went in today for bloodwork and my beta is at 134. I've had no bleeding. Should I be concerned? I talked to the nurse at my RE's office about it and she said it does not sound like my cramps are pregnancy related because they are up too high on my abdomen, but I've never experienced a pain like this before and am worried.
