Side effect from stopping birth control, with PCOS?

Sounds like you're not ovulating, and if still no period and you know you have PCOS and ttc, talk to your doc about meds to help you ovulate such as Clomid to help you get a period...

Unclear where your symptoms are coming from given what I've stated...

If you're not ttc, then best to go back on bcp

Thanks. I will make an appointment. My DH and I would like to start TTC in the next few months. I haven't been off BC for almost 10 years. I think I don't want to go back on them :) Could the spotting and dizziness be from stopping BC? My periods were very irregular before BC and super heavy. I hope its not like that, but it seems so since I haven't had AF in about two months now. Do doctors put you on Clomid right away or is there a waiting period to track your periods? Charting, etc.
