Im currently taking Vitex herbal supplement along with L-Arginine to increase our chances of conceiving. Is Red clover okay to take with these? I kinda feel like Im over doing it, We just want a baby :-) Any advice would be appreciated.. thanks

Yes. It's fine to take them together. I have heard good things about Red Clover. GL.

i heard on another site the ladies started talking about wanting twins...they heard Vitex could help in conceiving twins,and/or redclover with red raspberry tea could have twins...but who knows...i believe most that stuff is just myths...as far as conceiving i believe it wouldbe ok :)
