should one take DUPHASTON after IUI

i was on gonadotropins(puregon) before this and have two dominent follies in right ovry and also have been given HCG shoot day before yesterday...what are the chances of development of both follies...my Dh's count was 93 million and fast progressive sperms were 73%......please help.......

If one has a luteal phase defect, then it may help, otherwise, no real convincing data that it truly helps, but many REs like myself still prescribe Progesterone...
