SHOULD I WAIT

i was undergone for IUI on nov1st(on the day when the eggs got ruptured) and nov3rd.From that day i feel very tired,had a wet feeling in the vaginal area (i also had white discharge),i also have discomfort in my lower stomach that makes me feel as if i am going to get my AF.i also suffer from constipation.yesterday i did a hpt at noon time(nov14th)but the result was negative.i have 32days cycle pattern and i take folic acid and progesterone 100mg tablets daily.i just want to know whether i should wait for some more time to do the test?i am really frustrated.please help me doctor!sorry to bother u..
