Should I try ovarian drilling?

Re says I have about 15 cysts, should try ovarian drilling since I have Pcos? Would it even help in conjuction with clomid, metformin and the weight I have lost?

Although some people do ovarian drilling and can be Ok, some actually believe that it may "destroy" some eggs in the process...
Many simply use Clomid and/or metformin without the drilling...
Remember PCOS is not an abnormality of the ovaries (the ovaries are affected) usually by the excess insulin floating around, the primary culprit...but again, consider having other fertility tests if not already performed
