Should I go for IUI or IVF?

Hello, is anybody could give me some advice, I really appreciate it :) My husband and I are TTC for 10 months now. I am 34 y/o, he is 23. According to all the exams I've done, I am ok to conceive. My husband's spermogram showed he has low spem motility. In 2 months, he is leaving for a military tour in Iraq that will last 15 months. My question is: What would be more indicated for my situation? IUI or IVF? Thanks!

1. freeze sperm for multiple IUIs to use while he's gone. But if his motility is low, when the sperm thaw, they may not be that great
2. Go directly to IVF for which sperm motility is not that important and pregnancy rates are much higher
