My doctor doesn't seem to be concerned that I only have an 11 day LP. I know that is a little on the short side, so should I be worried? We have been TTC for 16 months with so far unexplained infertility. My dr thinks endo, but I have not had the lap to diagnose yet. I also had a progesterone level of only 12.8, but did not know that the test should actually be done 7 DPO. I O late, so that was inaccurate, should I ask about a retest, and maybe a supplement or something to lengthen my LP? At the time I had the test done I O'ed on CD 17, so it was only 4 DPO...
I have also been taking B-6 for 2 full cycles and it hasn't helped lengthen my LP, last month it shortened to 9 days, but this cycle is back to 11 days again.

There may be a luteal phase defect, which may not allow for implantation and/or create a miscarriage. Please talk to your doc or get a second opinion for meds such as Clomid and/or Progesterone
