Sharp pains on right lower side of abdomen?

I completed my second cycle of clomid on July 6. I tested this past Tuesday with an OPK and was negative. Last night I started having stabbing pains so I figured its about time for ovulation. Has ovulation already occured or about too. I have baby danced on Sunday and Tuesday and again today. Should I also continue baby dancing for the next couple of days?
