sex myths during ttc opinions please

so here goes what do you ladies think about timing of intercourse. me and dh have been doing it since cd5 all the way to cd12 missed cd13 then twice on cd14 and again on cd19 do you think we are doing it too much i have heard way too many different things i just wanted to know what my ttc ladies think also just a lil bit of info i found out my cycles are 26.7 days long and i should have o'd on the 23rd and now it is 5dpo and i have nauseouness and really sore boobs but lately i am having sore boobs like two weeks before af weird lol
