Any significant pain should be evaluated by a doc (L&D) in your case, don't need to call, simply show up

If your pain is in the upper right part of your belly (right under your ribcage) you DEFINITELY need to call or go into L&D.

It COULD be classified as "epi-gastric" pain and could be a sign of an issue with your liver (called HELLP syndrome). I had this with my daughter. I later found out that because women often wait too long to be seen for this condition, it has a 25% morbidity rate. Please do not delay on this!

I went to the doc this morning and it is round ligament. Also, The title to my post changed, would there be a reason for that? Anway, All is well thanks again! :)

Oh and my pain isnt in my upper belly so Im not sure why that was out in the title. It is on my right side about mid-hip bone. Just thought I would post that in case someone else is having the same symptoms.

I'm glad you're ok. I didn't want to scare you, but what I described is SERIOUSLY BAD STUFF. I had my daughter by emergency C-section 4 days after I first felt the pain!

Ok, Thanks. Wow, I cant believe that can cause something like that. I appreciate your honesty because I probably wouldnt have gone to the doc had you not said that because the pain was gone. So thanks again for the great info. :)
