Hi I am being treated for unexplained secondary infertility and was wondering if all tests show clear to make it unexplained. and have had puregon and iui completed with 4 follicles and high sperm count.Does this look like a good cycle and what would be the chance on a multiple birth?

With four follicles on injectable gonadotropins and 4 follicles, looks really good and if pregnant, about 30% twinning rate...
