If you've had these cysts for that long, best to get these removed if your doctor said, but make sure your doc doesn't take out your ovary if possible! Once they are removed, you should have fertility labs drawn to make sure everything is ok, and while the laparoscopy is done, your doctor can do a chromotubation (where fluid is injected into the uterus to check to see if the tubes are open)

Afterwards, you may need the help of medications such as Clomiphene Citrate (clomid), and you'll see that many users here have been on it..

Yes you can, but not sure if your cysts are "normal" and if not, then better to wait until after the lap, talk to your doc about this...

Since my right ovary is ok...........can i conceive from it?

Yes, but not sure how your left ovary is doing with the cysts...What worries me is that if something is wrong there and you get pregnant...may complicate the pregnancy and may still require surgery...

I don't want to be a pest but I'm just trying to encourage myself because I almost lost hope!

If I get the cysts removed, will my chances of achieving pregnancy be improved?

removing the cysts may not improve your chances necessarily, unless you have PCOS for which it doesn't sound like it...the ewcm is a good indicator for ovulation and means you most likely do...

Cysts can be from many different reasons, and don't know what yours may be...May not be a good idea to ttc prior to the surgery..and talk more to your doc about your specific condition to find out what kind of cyst you have...

Dr.Q. because I forgot to ell you...........my cysts are 3cm in diameter (the 2 together). Do you think they could be very harmful?

Is it true that if you have cysts on an ovary that ovaary will not pruduce eggs?

Only your doc can say about your cysts (there are many different types of cysts) as it depends on how they look on ultrasound, and some cysts do allow eggs to be produced..

Semen analysis is always good, but may not be necessary...laparoscopy is routinely done and is pretty safe for the most part, just ask your doc...
