Safety Fish Oil in DHA

Dr Q, a few of ladies were wondering if the Fish oil present in DHA capsules like Citracal DHA, PRenate DHA are safe considring theres a lot of talk about the persense of Hg in Fish and Fish Extracts (?) Thanks much.
