SA retest results - what now?

My partner saw his doctor today to get the results of his SA retest. Unfortunately, the results are the same and he has azoospermia. Can anyone now tell me what we do next? Whether you/your partner has this and what was done next. Please

A visit to a Urologist is warranted to see if there's sperm being produced, but the Fas Deference (tubes) are blocked not allowing sperm to pass, or if there's no sperm being produced..
