Ruptured cysts while taking Metformin

hello, i've been taking met. for 4 months now which has brought af each month 33-35 days and 5 days instead of 7... two months ago, i woke up to watery wet panties, which i had a watery discharged into af came later that day, which was weird, i had all sizes of blood clotts with lots of stringy clotts.. the last two days i kept thinking it was gone because of how light it was but than i had very dark blood alone with when i went to bathroom bright red blood on tissue but not really ah flow the last two days... i havent been keeping up with ovulation that well, but last month (oct) i had to go to er, i thought i had a uti, which i learned was a rupture cysts...(10/14) which was cycle day 21

the impression was:

minimal free fluid in the cul-de-sac with several small nabothian cysts in the cervix.

it also said:

the uterus is normal in size, mild thickening 1.4

than i got Af on 10/26
