what is wrong when you and your partner want to conceive but every time we have sex and he ejaculates in me it comes right out whether he is on top or me as soon as he pulls it out all of his ejaculate comes out is there something wrong with me

This is just my opinion..but I believe this is normal and that not all of it is coming right back out. The strongest swimmers are already making their way on their journey! And I also heard that the ones that come back out died anyway. But Dr. Q can tell you for sure. :)
