Hello Dr.
On 22nd of feb,08 i had a misscarriage and my dr. gave me 2 tabs of Misoprost. I bleed for a week. Yesterday I had an ultrasound to make sure that the uterus is clean... Please go through the report and suggest if it seems normal to u and when can i try to conceive again ..i hav'nt get my periods yet.. when ll my periods come(i have long cycles).... As i am out of town so the appointment with my Dr. is after 3 days so plz. suggest by looking at the report..
Uterus is bulky in size
Endometrial echo is 12.5 mm in thickness
Minimal hypoechoic collection is seen in endometrial cavity
An approximately 2.9 cms myoma is seen in uterine body
Right ovary measures 4x2.5x2.3 cms approximately 12.8 cc in volume
Left ovary measures 4.8x1.8x1.2 cms approximately 12.3 cc in volume
Small follicles seen in both ovaries
Free fluid is seen in pouch of douglas
