reply to Dr. Q :will i have problems conceiving?

thanx dr.Q that does give me hope... i also had my TSH blood test at the time of my first USG and it was very slightly high than the normal (at 4) it was 4.2 do you think that may be the reason for my irregular periods? my glands at the front of my neck does seem swollen sometimes is it a thyroid related problem? i am healthy otherwise. i do have the general symptoms of ovulating after 25 to 30 days after my periods does that mean i ovulate but less frequently than women with regular periods? my current doctor keeps telling me not to worry and tells me i'm young and a married life can change or regulate my hormones, is that true Dr.Q?
