I too am like you I have a regular period every month. But I was not ovulating. Do you know if you are ovulating? You should get some OPK and see and if not try clomid. Hope this helps a little.

Hi Sujijag, Are you timing your intercourse around fertile days? Try getting an Ovulation Prediction kit to tell you when you are ovulating. You will get pregnent only if you have sex during the ovulation period. You have not mentioned if you had blood work done. If you have tried this and still have not conceived then try going to an RE to get blood work done. Also, if you use these ovulation tests at home and dont detect a positive ovulation, then it means that the egg is not getting released (not ovulating) so the RE or ob gyn will give you meds to help you ovulate.

i have been trying to have intercourse on frtile days with the help of online ovulation calculator , but i had not tried ovulation kit . anyway as per ur advise let me go for the blood tests.. and then lets see what's happening....

i had one abortion on last january.and now we are trying,but we couldn't.i had my last menses on 2 october 2007 and i want know when is my ovluation date.

Welcome to FertilityTies! Predicting ovulation is always difficult as this is highly variable...If your cycles are regular, then you can predict about when you would ovulate by simply subtracting 14 days from your cycle length (if your length is 31 days then -14= cd 17), and you can find many examples by searching through this site...Good luck, and keep us posted...

I wish there were guarantees in which treatments would help, but there's not. However Clomid will increase your chances in getting pregnant assuming everything else is OK, and you have Unexplained infertility for which you can see pregnancy rates by searching this site. Hi Amin, Try using an OPK instead of online calender. This will tell you for sure if you are ovulating. Calenders guide you but do not predict ovulation exactly.

the doc visit was good ... he examined me and said the utrus opening has some slight infection and advised me to apply VANDAZOLE GEL ..only in the night before sleep and wrote me some blood work to b done on 29th of this month..and visit him again after 6 weeks i dont know why he gave me such a long gap.

but i doubt on one thing which was not clear to me ..can anybody help me abt this..dr.Q if u had gone through this post pls do reply me...

he looked at my periods dates of this yr till this month i am giving it below...

he saw the above dates and said my periods are irregular ..i dont understand september only i postponed my periods with a tablet as i was on vacation for 3 days ...anybody help on this pls...

is my gyno going correctly are there anything else i have to ask him...i am still taking my prenatal vitamins of nature made..

SujiJag, from your cycle, i see that it is ok, but one cannot say you have 28 days or 29 days or 32 days coz it varies month to month, which is fine. Given the situation, if you are using online calculator, the fertile date is going to be totally off because you cant predict your next period date or the length.

So, get an OPK and test and im sure it will work considering all blood tests are normal.

thanks hopen but are there any questions that i shld ask the doc in my next visit i will get my blood work done on 29th and shall tell the report..and will get a OPK next month and see..

LH,FSH,CBC,SMA20 he wrote these there 2 more but its hard getting his writting ...

sujijag...start testing at day 11 and keep testing till you see a positive OPK...they say its better to use urine from 10 am to 8pm but you have to watch your liquid intake for 2 hrs before as to not dilute the urine...I test in the morning when I get up and at night but thats me...I want to make sure I dont miss the surge...Plus i work as an RN on weekends and I get the OPK's from the hospital. If I had to pay for them I would probably do 1 time a day...they are expensive

i already taken antibiotics.while i am taking med it will ok and after sometimes again it,s coming.first i took tab:norflaxin 500mg,and i got resisted to that med.again tab:ciplox 500mg, syrup: citralka and cranberry juice.two days back i got sevear pain due to Uti.since one year i am suffering this problem. i dont khow what to do.i got tired about this.pls help me.

Best that your urine be cultured to determine what antibiotic will work to kill off the bacteria and would be the first place to start...
