regarding ovaluation periods

Dear Sir,
My wife is having irregular periods, Last six month we both are trying to become my wife pregnant, But we are failure. Now we want to know about ovaluation periods, My wife periods cycle is approx. 2 month, So how we know that when egg will release from overy, when should we do intercourse.
Please suggest us.

As I have already told u that my wife is having irregular cycles ( 40-60 days), Last month we meet with a Gynecologist, she suggested my wife to take clofert tablet from 5th day of period, My wife has already taken 5 pills as suggested by doctor, She told us to leave three days blank after completed this course,& then do intercourse from the 4 day to 6 day .
Last period was on 11 to 15th, Medicine took 16th to 20th, Blank Days was 21st to 23rd, Intercourse done on 24th to 26th.
Now we have already done the same. So I want to know that Is there chance to get pregnant.
