Really need help... could these be signs?

My husband and I are trying to conceive baby #2, I was ovulating on july 4th, and my next period should be on July 20-21.... for the last 3 days after 2pm my stomach gets upset and I get cramps kinda like a mensteral cramp.... my backs been aching and Ive been tired! Could these be early signs of pregnancy? I dont think u can have signs this early, but if not what is it?

also (tmi) ive had loose stool for the past 3 days as well

I know u guys arent pregnancy tests, but i would like to know what u think!

Most likely explanation for your symptoms is that you may have a stomach bug of some sort. It is always possible that you may be pregnant, but typically, these symptoms do not occur in a pregnancy this early. Best of luck...
