Hi. Hope all is well with you and yours. I am writing because I had an HSG performed on 10/22/07 and was due to ovulate 10/28. As stated in a previous message to you, DH and I BD on the right days. My question now is... My period was expected to come yesterday (10/11/07) and thankfully didn't. However, I know that you said the HSG doesn't "mess up" your cycle, but my RE told me that it can throw it off by a week because of the stress it puts your body through. Is this anything you have heard of?? I am curious because my breasts are tender, I am overly tired, and a little nauseated throughout the day. I am getting twinge cramps here and there, but that is it. Is it possible that my period is going to come but was indeed thrown off by the procedure? I am afraid to take an HCT for the sake of disappointment. Have you heard of women getting their period late after having an HSG performed? Any information will do. I appreciate all your time in answering my questions. Have a great day!!
