Stool color can change and I wouldn't be concerned unless you saw blood in it. But to make you feel better hun just give your pediatrician a quick call, that's what they're there for. Breastfeeding stool is yellowish in color with tiny seeds in it, formula fed babies have more of a greenish/brownish stool color. :)

Hi simi, I'm not a Mommy myself but I have loads of lil ones in my family and plus have younger members in the family and friends that I would help with and agree with Keller and Simi. Pls keep us posted and congrats once again on the lil guy.
One more question is the poop runny? How many times a day does he poop?

thax angelfish
poop is not runny but i can define as semi solid(pls let me know if its ok). he use to poop around 10 to 12 time in a day ,in the begning but now it has reduced to one or two in a day.
my pediatrician has told me that if babies poop 15 times in a day thats all right and even if they dont poop for 3 ,4 days thats also fine with them.

I'm not a mommy yet but are you nursing? The reason I ask is because my sister in law nursed and whever she ate certain foods the babies poop would turn from dark to a yellowish orange. So it's probably nothing and just something either you ate or maybe something in the formula (if your using formula) But call your doctor and ask if your overly concerned!
