Last night me and my girl had sex and afterwards she started having abdominal pain. That is the first time that has happended. What could it be a sign of. She's been to the Dr. about two months ago so I know its not an STD. But we've been having unprotected sex.

She could be constipated and that could make her abdomen cramp as well.
Give it a day or two. It will go away.
I dont think its anything to be concerned about.
