Thank you so much Dr. Quintero. I was kind of freaking out because online someone quoted the book "taking charge of your fertility" and said that it was possible that the vibration of the orgasm could change the direction of the egg if it's in the fallopian tubes or dislodge it if the muscles of the cervix or uterus were weak.
question about implantation of embryo
July 23, 2008
I just had an IUI yesterday morning and this evening I had a couple of orgasms because my husband and I had intercourse. The orgasms were from manual stimulation. Will this affect the possible implantation of an embryo. I usually masturbate after intercourse to draw the sperm into the cervix but am hoping that I haven't hurt my chances by having an orgasm. Please help
