its probably just early hun and they may want to put you on some progesterone to boost up that number. You dont get a + pregnancy test unless you are pregnant so try not to worry :)

YOur level should go up by 66% every 2 days so they will probably bring you back in 2 days from now to have another test to make sure they are going up.

congrats to you - you dont have any HCG in your body unless you are pregnant so you deff are pregnant!

No, I was on clomid for 3 cycles with no success this was my first month on femara

oh, ok, just wanted to make sure that you didnt take a trigger shot cuz it can cause a false ovulation.

We have a few success stories with femera on here after failed months of clomid! Thats wonderful hun.... many many congrats and tons and tons of BABY DUST!!!

Kelli-- thank you for the link. It says 5-25 is considered unsure I am at 23 so I fall in that range, hopefully when I go back saturday for my second round of blood work it will have gone up. I wish I would of been over 25, but I guess I am still only at 12dpo and my level is at 23 so I guess i'll just keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. Thank you all for your help!

My level at 13 dpo was only 56 I beleive..so it would've been much lower at 12 dpo. I think you are doing fabulous!

Kelli thank you so much! It feels like we have been ttc forever and I finally get my bfp only to have the nurse call me back and say we're not sure if your pregnant. I was just crushed! I have been doing some research online and have found many woman who have gone for lab results at 12dpo and some were even lower than me. And of course your personal experiece. I am starting to feel much better. Thinking back the nurse didn't ask me how long my cycle's usually are she just asked when the first day of my last period was...so if they were basing it off of a 28 day cycle (mine is 33 days) they prob. think my period is already late. Gosh I hope thats all it is. Thank you again so much!

If you had positive pregnancy tests then I would say you are definately pregnant and that you just caught your hcg rising to above the 25. Congratulations!

Hope you are just early with low levels!!! Give it a couple of days and test again.........then call that doc back and tell them to test you again!! Hugs and Baby dust!

Hey girls I have an update: my doctors office called back today and said they are going to put me on a progesterone suppliment, and they want to do 2 more blood tests one saturday and one on monday. But they said since I tested at 12dpo that I shouldn't worry to much it could of just been early. I hope they are right.

Hi hooch like the other ladies have said that you are probably to early... i got my BFP this month and went in for the blood test, my number was 34 they said it was borderline i had a repeat b/t 2 days later and they tripled to 114 so please dont stress to much, i know its easier said then done:)
