If on Prometrium after confirmed ovulation, no need to check BBTs (you're already treating any type of deficiency that may be present). It's looking good, check an hpt on Sunday and keep us posted...

One more thing Dr.Q. My temp's are going down from yesterday from 97.69 to 97.34 and today it is 97.22. So I guess this month also I dont have chance to conceive.

I am doing everything right but I dont know why this is happening to me.

As what Dr. Q would always say, no matter how we do it right, not all sperm and egg are meant for each other. We really can't try to think all possible explanation on that, but one thing I can tell you now is--it will really happen. Just don't give up. During the month I had a chemical pregnancy, my temps remained elevated also, then when my period was about to come, I just cried one morning when I saw that my temperature dropped and I knew my period was about to come on that day, and it did. But we just tried again until we finally made it. If your period comes in the next couple of days, don't despair. You can cry and feel frustrated, but don't let it drag you down. It's normal to cry, but get yourself back up and focus yourself and your hubby on the next round. ***BABY DUST***
