Sil... ur most fertile the 4 days up until O and the day after O.

Not everyone O is 14 days after AF. The best way to find out would be using OPK's so u know.

Using ovulation kits is the best way to pinpoint ovulation. It doesn't always happen on the 14th day. An ovulation kit will be positive 12-24 hours BEFORE ovulation occurs, so once she gets the positive OPK, baby dance like crazy for the next couple days!
