Provera

I am 34 yro with PCOS so don't get AF every month so I usualy take 10mg of provera on day 1-10, but last month it was changed to the last 12 days of month so I started AF on 3/30 and Clomid 100mg on 4/1 and had labs drawn Prolacten, testosteron, tsh,t3,t4 & DHEA and on the 21st I'm scedualed to have an ultrasound and Progesteron checked I am soposto start my Provera 20mg on the 20th for 10 days. My question is will the 20mg I take the day before affect my lab resalts, or sould I just wate till the 21 to take them.

There may be a small influence of the Progesterone you're checking, but if in the end the level is >5ng/mL, then you should be ok...
