prometrium and ovulation

I was wondering if prometrium helps ovulation? i only took it 7 days and now im already having a normal period but its only been a few days since i stopped taking the pills.i bleed for 7 days and my periods gone..seems normal to me but anyway ..my question really is do i have a better chance to ovulate since i took it to get a better flow....

Nope Prometrium does not help with ovulation if u have ovulatory issues. It just sheds the uterine lining that has been built up due to lack of ovulation. Its ok to get ur period flow after taking pills for 7 days. You need to ask ur Dr for pills like Clomid or Letrozole to help you ovulate

HopeN is correct, and Prometrium along with what HopeN has said, can support the luteal phase and can be given as a supplement as such after ovulation..
