Prometrium and BBT drop

I started taking prometrium 9dpo this cycle for the first time. My temp shot up from 98.0 to 98.5 the next morning, then it's back down to 98.0 today, 11dpo. I thought it would keep my temp higher. What does that mean?

The temperature small spike and drop is of no clinical significance at this time and little to worry about

but today it drpped again down to my cover line. i'm 12dpo. I didn't even test today, thinking it's over for me. I guess the only reason I don't have af yet is b/c prometrium.
