Ok so when I took it the first time I think it was way to late to detect if I had ovulated since it was so close to Af...Af means mentral right?? Now being on femara i am curious to see what happens. Wish I would just be prego.

I ovulated on the july 25-27th of this month and my doctor wants to test my progest.to see how or if i ovuluated and he wants to test on the 4th of august. but isnt that to far out to test?? My last test just 2 days before my menstral was 3.4 low I know. I am taking femara now and so let me know.
I see. I can't wait to find out. My last AP was the 13 of july and I have to wait until the 15th of aug before I find out if i am prego. Lovin the wait haha. OK let me understand this. So u can ovulate but the egg might not be strong?? not sure i am following.
also I got my LH surge thursday the 24 had sex that evening..then due to a boating trip we had sex sunday morning and so what are my chances or did I miss out for this month. Hubby has some slow sperm too. I dunno guess I will wait and see.

well and update...10 post ovulation my progest level using Femara is 19.93 I am thinking this is good..let me know..Also that same day I started to spot and spotted for 5 days till I got my AF CRAZY...so tomorrow I will start my cycle number 2 on Femara and HOPE I get prego...Let me know if 19.93 is good??
well I will answer myself...YES 19.93 is wonderful!! I just finished my 2nd cycle of femara and should be ovulating around the 20-23...We have no plans but to spend time together. By the way all I get with using Femara is headaches and slow moving BMovments. Not to horrable. Let you ever cares if i get to have a May baby.
well my true AF was 6 days after that BUT I spotted for a week before my AF and not sure why. My AF was not very long lasted about 3 days.. OH and due to my prog being so high I my bowels were slower then usual so I new that my prog would be nice and high.
I did just finish my 2nd cycle of femara and this time we won't miss any days of ovulation...BD all if it. Last month I got my surge on a wed and has sex that same day and the next But miss friday and sat and those where the days to do it. I am funny shish. well thanks for writing back to my crazyness and I ovulate this next weekend so 2WW is on its way...

Your Dr is right in measuring it on Aug 4th if you ovulated July 27th which is 7 DPO. Only a reading taken at 7 DPO is good for seeing if you ovulated or not and measuring the progesterone value for any treatment that may be needed.
