Thank you, doc! :-) I wasn't on here the whole week last week and it feels like I have missed a lot! hehe! I miss your prompt replies and I'm glad you are still finding time to help us all here. This will actually be my first time to have a progesterone level done. My other OB/GYN would not give it to me...for some reasons I don't know. I will surely give you the results. My new OB/GYN has also asked for a semen analysis if I don't get pregnant this month. So, at least we're being worked up.

I have noticed that you are pretty busy answering all our questions on here. Looks like fertility ties has been getting more popular. Anyway, I just want to ask if it's okay to take my progesteron level test on 8 DPO? I'm on 2 DPO now and 7 DPO for me will fall on a Sunday, so there are no labs open at that time. Will taking it on 8 DPO affect the result?
One last thing...is it normal that I get breast tenderness at 1 DPO? I just think it's odd for me because I usually get it at 7 DPO when my progesterone peaks. Does that mean I am producing more progesterone? Thanks again, doc!

In your case, 8DPO is ok and this happens all the time and not to worry. Let us know what the result is and we'll go from there.
Good ol' Progesterone is already cranking away 1dpo and is completeley normal and you may truly be producing more Progesterone...guess we'll know next week. Good luck and...
