Hi! My Progesterone level was 25.6 and my doctor wanted to see a 15, so that was good! I do have another question...if implantation does occur, how long would there be pain (if there is pain)? I have felt twinges of pain in the middle of my lower pelvis and the left side of my lower pelvis for the past 2 days on and off. It's also 8 days after ovulation. What could this be? Thank you!

I am ttc first month. I had a cyst on my ovary 6 weeks ago and went a few weeks ago for an ultra sound to make sure the cyst is gone and it was. My doctor told me I had little follicles all over my ovaries and it appeared I had not ovulated. I told her I wanted to try OPK and she said that was fine. I had my first LH surge yesterdat morning and it was still positive this morning. I had more cervical mucas yesterday than today. I am assuming I ovulated (if I ovulated) yesterday or today. I am having tugging pains on one side. My doctor wanted to test my progesterone level on Monday 7/7. I thought you had to test my progesterone levels 7 days after ovulation. Is is too soon to test my levels or will the result be the same either way? My doctor wants to check my levels to see if I'm ovulating. Thanks for your help.

7 days is the ideal, and always best to try and schedule it at least close to this...
