Progesterone & Estradiol Levels

My cycles are typically 25-28 days. On cd36 AF still had not arrived so RE wanted to take blood work to see what's going on. My progesterone came back at .6 and estradiol was 132. Nurse indicated that meant either I hadn't ovulated yet OR I had and AF would be heading my way soon.
My question is are these progesterone and estradiol levels within the "normal" range for someone 2-3 days before AF arrives?

Sounds like ovulation didn't occur this month :(
